Our History
The Winery
Bodegas Alcardet was founded in 1973 as a result of the dynamic and entrepreneurial character of a group of winegrowers. To form a wine tradition with its own personality.
The production of our wines is a perfect combination of traditional methods with the best technologies. To create modern and complex wines.
In a few years we have become a benchmark for high quality wines and producers of 15 own varieties. In addition, to be pioneers in the ecological production and cultivation of the vine.
From our winery we consider wine; the protagonist of a history, a culture and a symbol of identity.
The Vineyards
The wines are made in the vineyards. Our work begins from the ground, where our field technicians are dedicated every day to enhance the qualities and characteristics of each variety of vine.
The soil and extreme climate of our area requires effort and dedication to express the character of each wine. For this reason, during the year the technical department observes and works on the field to carry out a control and management of the vine cultivation.
In this period, many manual tasks such as pruning are involved … among other techniques until the harvest. All these practices are carried out with precision and at the exact moment.
Each of our wines originates from very specific vineyards. Both the wine and the vineyard are worked in synergy; with the aim of achieving excellent quality and its own personality.
