ALCARDET WINERIES whose activity is the production of wines: still and sparkling wines, backed by the work of its partners for years, strives to promote constant innovation and continuous improvement both in the methods used by the organization and in environmental matters and pollution prevention, in order to be a more competitive company that allows us to respond to the needs generated by our clients through an evaluation and monitoring of our food safety and environmental procedures. 

At ALCARDET WINERIES:

• It will establish environmental objectives and verify their application, monitoring and continuous improvement, in order to reduce, as far as possible, the environmental impact of the organization, save on raw material consumption and reduce the amount of waste produced.
• The organization will provide the necessary means to ensure that they are preserved
  all natural resources by minimizing the use of water and
  electricity.
• The reuse and recycling of materials will be promoted, knowing and
  Analyzing the life cycle of each of them
• Transparency and information on behaviour will be facilitated
  environmental, making available to suppliers, customers and parties
  interested in information related to the system
• It will promote environmentally friendly processes to prevent
  contamination
• Compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements that apply to the

• Analyze the risks and opportunities that arise for the company from the context of its structure, stakeholders and other issues. In order to achieve continuous improvement, the Management of BODEGAS ALCARDET establishes specific objectives for certain activities on an annual basis, establishing responsibilities for their achievement, establishing the criteria for action to improve environmental performance by assigning the necessary resources.

At BODEGAS ALCARDET we try to create a good atmosphere so that it benefits our daily work and the final result of our activity.
