Every place has its own identity and in our town we have the privilege and luck to have it. La Mancha has always been known for its wines and, in its heart, there is Villanueva de Alcardete and its most notable symbol: The sparkling Cueva.
The majesty of this sparkling wine is, on the one hand, the result of the work of the winegrowers who, thanks to their love for the land, their roots and their culture, strive to bring the best grapes for its subsequent production. On the other hand, the rest in the caves, a vital part of the sparkling wine to which it owes its name, and the care of our professionals make this golden liquid an essential part of our table.
For this Christmas season, we cannot miss the sparkling wine Cueva, which is made with such care. With Cueva, we toast to the future, to those who are far away, but we still feel close.
